FPU-CIS ( Fukui Prefectural University Center for Information Science ) is a major facility which provides library and computer services. The Center was established in 1992 and is intended to provide users with up-to-date information and computer networking. Most of the computers and library system available in CIS have been upgraded to accommodate expanding domestic and international networks. We hope you will be satisfied with this environment which is fully equipped for our new multimedia society. FPU-CIS is firmly resolved to create an 'intelligent' high-tech campus which will fully meet the demands of the future.
